I spent there one night only during my business trip to Frankfurt. It is located in the heart of the nicest district in town. Close to U-Bahn station with a lot of bars and restaurants nearby (most of them are unfortunately closed after 10 pm). The room was nice with a comfortable bed, clean and well equipped. But the best part is the amazing lobby with the bar. There was also a great breakfast in the morning. Definitely worth staying in that hotel.

Good location about 250m from Frankfurt (Main) Hauptwache station (which is on S8/9 line and thus easily accessible from Airport). Funky interior. Comfy bed, good shower and tasty breakfast - my three measures of a good stay. I liked the games and cafe feel in the reception area. Hotel probably better suited to younger generations, and I am in my 50s and liked it as a different experience. Welcoming and helpful staff.

We were in town for business, and this hotel was on the recommended list for Heimtextil. The staff is what made this hotel!! We arrived to the hotel around 9am after our international flight....We do have status with Marriott, so we were allowed to check in immediately. Even though we slept on the flight over, we were still tired and fell fast aslepp. When we woke up we were starving...ran across the street to grab a bite to eat. When we came back and started unpacking we realized that our room really had zero storage, and no room for the two of us to move around. Only 4 hangers on the wall. No storage in the bathroom. We requested a bigger room, we were allowed to check into a handicap room, didn't fix the storage issue, but we did have enough room to move around. Great place for a one night stay or for a single traveler. Again...the staff was amazing which made up for the issues of zero storage.

The hotel was a great location for the Frankfurt Christmas Markets and with a great rate for City Center it's hard to complain. However, the room was very small and there wasn't a lot of storage for bags and clothes. The "modern" hangers on the wall were not really convenient. I've stayed in much better rooms in Frankfurt, albeit at a much higher price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Considering the small size of the rooms I have mixed feelings if I would stay here again.

The hotel was cheerfully decorated, and the games in reception were a nice touch… There was a slow queue to check in, with just one, harassed, member of staff. Checkout was much better! The room was OK per se - but for the price it was small and lacked storage. Breakfast at €25 was expensive and very ordinary. The car park with lift access was very convenient - for €25 per day. It was probably my fault that I initially parked in the MyZiel mall car park initially; and the hotel entrance is hard to find - Google maps took me to the back of the hotel (where there is no entrance), and Waze took me to the wrong car park.
